Jean Chedeville is Global Head of Aviation Finance at Natixis CIB. His team provides banking solutions for airlines and aircraft lessors. Jean has a 19 years of banking experience, 15 of which in Asia.

Ulrike Ziegler is the President of impact’s Board of Directors. A lawyer by training, she held senior positions at UniCredit Bank AG as Global Head Aviation and at ING Germany as Head of Aviation.

Jörg Schirrmacher is Head of Transport Finance at Helaba and has 25 years of experience in structured finance. Jörg holds a degree in business administration as well as an executive MBA.

Bryson Monteleone is Senior Advisor at PwC Ireland with 25+ years’ experience in the aviation industry. An ISTAT Certified Senior Appraiser Fellow, he works with partners across the global aviation supply chain. 

Michael Halaby is Head of Aviation Advisory at MUFG Bank, Ltd. He has 20+ years experience of providing strategic capital raising advice in aviation and to other industries, and in advising on ESG strategies.

Hugo Kanters is Global Head of Aviation Finance and Head of the Transport and Logistics Sector at ING Germany. He has held senior positions in T&L at ING and has a degree in business administration.
