impact can become a guardian of transparency, a facilitator between aviation and the finance sector, a defence against greenwashing accusations.

Jean Chedeville is Global Head of Aviation Finance at Natixis CIB. His team provides banking solutions for airlines and aircraft lessors. Jean has a 19 years of banking experience, 15 of which in Asia.
Ulrike Ziegler is the President of impact’s Board of Directors. A lawyer by training, she held senior positions at UniCredit Bank AG as Global Head Aviation and at ING Germany as Head of Aviation.
Jörg Schirrmacher is Head of Transport Finance at Helaba and has 25 years of experience in structured finance. Jörg holds a degree in business administration as well as an executive MBA.
Peter Smeets is a founding partner at law firm Bruski Smeets & Lange and CEO of 360 Asset Finance GmbH. He is licensed to manage a banking business by Germany’s BaFin.
Philipp Goedeking is founder of Avinomics GmbH. He started his career at Lufthansa and served as Senior Partner at consultancies Roland Berger and AlixPartners, focusing on airline strategies and restructuring.
Hugo Kanters is Global Head of Aviation Finance and Head of the Transport and Logistics Sector at ING Germany. He has held senior positions in T&L at ING and has a degree in business administration.
